Nichole Gallagher is a trainer out of Maverick’s Field House in Longwood, Florida. Growing up Nichole studied karate for 7 years, and has been training as an adult for 6 years, the last 4 of which have been focused on kettlebells. Nichole is currently working on her bachelors degree in health science at UCF, and plans to next get her doctorate degree in physical therapy. She is also working on her kettlebell kings certification.
Nichole coaches private and small group training, and is the strength and conditioning programmer for customized goals.

Favorite grip strength exercise: Suitcase Deadlifts and Holds, and Bottoms Up Cleans and Presses
How much chalk she uses: A lot! Maintaining the physical appearance of my hands when training is important as well keeping a tight grip in my movements to prevent injuries or failure.
