The Flask alone weighs in at less than 2lbs. When set up on a loading pin, total weight can be incrementally increased all the way up to 300lbs+! This versatility enables lifters to use it for single-hand rehabilitation, as well as developing massive two-hand pinch grip strength.
The textured, aluminum surface holds chalk and is corrosion resistant.
Directions: Load up weight on Loading Pin. Slide The Flask over the top and insert the cross-pin into one of the four height positions to lock it in place. Chalk up and get ready to lift.
